I am looking for a combo dial-up hosting service for my small business. I don't need anything fancy (MAYBE a shopping cart would be nice, but not essential) I would like about 30MB of space, 5 email addresses and all under $20 / month. Is there anything like this? Thank you

You're better off keeping your Internet access provider and Web hosting service separate. That way if you have any problems you don't have all your eggs in one basket. Also, someday you may wish to upgrade from dial-up to a broadband connection and having your website hosted with a separate company means one less headache.
You should be able to get Internet access and Web hosting from two different companies and still meet your $20 budget. NetZero (http://www.netzero.com) offers a "Platinum" dial-up package for $9.95 a month, and there are plenty of reputable hosting services for under $10 a month that can meet the specs you listed.

I second what that -- you'll save yourself a headache by using a separate company for your internet access (dialup, broadband or whatever). There are lots of good hosts offering packages for $10, and the same goes for dial up services. And even if at the end of the day you end up paying $25 a month, (let's say $10 for hosting, $15 for dialup), it's well worth it for the extra piece of mind. :)

A friend of mine uses hostica.com as a personal site. They are really cheap and seem to be able to fulfill my needs Any comments on this company?
Also, thanks for all the previous help-- I think I'm going to go with a local ISP that I had used in the past, and go for hosting elsewhere.
