As per my postings in some of the other threads, a cheque did in fact arrive this morning, by FEDEX would you believe!

I must just clear one point up here. This cheque is NOT for any holdback fees, but just the settlements they refused to send back in august. Our holdback fund is unaffected.

Also, as I have said all along, we still intend to go through with our breach of contract lawsuit. What paysystems has done has affected business and lost us money.

Let's hope the cheque clears.

Good work, Biggles! I didn't see his site at the top of Google's results, but I did notice that 1/3 of the links on the page, including the ads, were in regards to the scandal and lawsuits. The lawyers are out trolling in full force on this one...

PSAction is 7 on google for Canada, Google UK has us in the sponsored liks at the top, and some others in the adwords ones down the right hand side. Some kind people have paid for these!

HONEST!Honest, SCOUTS HONOUR. I DID see Biggles Action site right across the top of Google in the deeper blue (right at the top) and under them was the "Aggressive lawyers Harrison Moure" or something.Then the whole page was listed with legal action sites and our famous thread "PS CLosed" was everywhere.

When I did it again to google later on to show my family- typed in the word "paysystems", but a totally different page came up with the actual PS website at the top of the page
Anyway I did not imagine it, as I did it twice consecutively to verify before posting.Could be that google is about to do one of it's famous "dances" and, as you all know the pages get juggled all over the place.One thing for sure is that google has got all of these pages ready for action,so they have picked up a lot of these thread.I would say from what I saw and read This Forum has the Lion's share of the repast!!

How long will Paysystems last? Cannot be anyhting left in the coffers,and that is why they are raiding our Holdback funds.The trouble is once they call Bankcrupt, all the payments will stop to their IMA USA customers as well. Of course most of ours are on stop anyway, apart from Biggles.Good for you Biggles at least you have had something out of all this mess.

Yes, I knew I was right.Just typed Paysystems into Google and the original page came up again with Biggles Action site right across the top in the deeper blue band,and all for free!!
Google is dancing a bit but it should settle down in a few days time.

Its also in the normal listings, #5 or #6... (it goes up and down)

JayC has mentioned before (I'm quoting him from memory) that Google has multiple datacenters and your search results will vary accordingly. What's #1 on one server may not be on the next because you get a different DC. I guess it just means Google's huge!

The Action site is looking good in the UK.Just checked by typing "THAT (IN)FAMOUS"word in and it takes number 2 and number 3 slot on Google's 1st page. Think how long it takes new Commercial websites to get to those positions on Google!! Biggles will have to start giving online Tutorials on promoting new websites:D
Also I see there is a mention of the complaints we sent to the BBB on Google's 1st page also.That should quieten down the critics who were negative to say the least in our involving the BBB.
Every little thing helps,and now we are seeing the proof.

REMINDER>All those who haven't yet filed a complaint online with the BBB,either using the Quebec online form or the New York form,please do it ASAP.There are now so many complaints pouring in to these offices,that they are at last sitting up and taking notice of us.All links for these forms can be found on Biggles action site or you can find the links on Google.

I got a voice message from PS this morning. They claim they are settling my acct and will be releasing all funds including my holdback fund. I will wait and see if it really happens. I wonder if my BBB complaint did the trick.

File a complaint with the BBB if you havent already!
