Yeah, wow is right, and look at the amount of time they gave us to know that the site would be down for 3 days. Our site there helps run a governmental website that gets a lot of traffic, this destroys it.

AT&T continues to let down customers, first with Broadband, now with hosting. And, another sells out to Interland which can't server the customers they have as it is.

And, oh...well you will be without working sites for three days...no big deal...not for us...remember, we are the ones who left all cable modem customers without services for days and they lost all emails sent to their old addresses.

Guess, it also shows something else. Anyone who thought the correct way to go was to go with one of the "big guys." The "big guys" continue to disappoint and turn their backs on their customers. This appears to be one business where size is truly working as a detriment to customer service , although not in all cases. But Verio closes centers, AT&T gets out of the business, Hostpro gets absorbed into Interland, and the bigger Interland gets the poorer their service, accounts acquired don't get their old deals honored...I could go on and on.

But we, the little guys, will continue to provide service and take care of our customers.

This at a time when all the analysts have been saying watch out for the phone companies because they will start offering everything on one bill and take your customers.

What's up with Interland acquiring all these web hosts? First Host Pro, then Interliant, and not AT&T web hosting? I feel sorry for all those acquired customers... :(

...and can someone please tell Interland to get a better site design, I think it's really annoying (especially those people pics).
