Now that most of us are sure that we are not going to see any of our money, maybe it is time to take the law into our hands.
What if we call our customers and tell them to chargeback, to the sum of the total money that they owe us? We still have three month to do it but time is running out. Can they go into our bank accounts (like PayPal can do) and take money out of it? Or there is no risk from our side? What are the risks?

Only issue I see with that is:

1. paysuckstems puts "fines" on all our accounts like they did for a few that had chargebacks and then when we dont make good fo their high chargback fees, we all end up with our names in a credit collection place..

2. Visa/MC somehow bans the chargebacks or reverses the fees to the users if they find out what is going on.. 10,000 chargebacks over a few days against one company? they would be investigating this bigtime!

3. paysystems would phone each of us indivually and offer to refund all our setup fees, and full holdback with interest because they felt bad for doing this to us in August and a big sorry for any lost sales during cc downtime.

I can see 1 & 2 happening but could only dream about #3. :D
