I have a few sites with them, and it's been down since yesterday...I have read a few other people that have dedicated servers with them... I am out of town, so I don't have the number for them on me, anyone know what's going on?

I believe the hard drive failed on their server yesterday, and the tape backup was corrup.

There was a major HD issue with one of our reseller servers.

Where not sure how the issue happened at all. But the server has been replaced and a new one is UP.

Your account is ready, but the sites do need to be reuploaded again. We have spoke with about all of the accounts on the server, and about 90% have reuploaded everything. About everyone understood that things happen, and since by 8 am today about everything was back online before morning it went well. Most of my techs still havent slept to resolve this issue

Our tape was not good. But as of today are in the process of adding another 2 hd in the server, and remote backup for this problem.

THis was the first time this happened in 2.5 years and or its never happened before. But we are not down anymore.

We also did not get your email at all. and email has been working since 12 am today. Please email us again, we will work with you to resolve this issue, but please contact us off this board, as this is not a support board.

Yes, I was one of the customers who was affected, and had my account running again by 5:15AM this morning. Considering how nice they've been to me and what a good level of service that they've always held, I won't hold this against them. For what they've done for me, it's worth the re-uploading of a few images, etc.
