Hi,
I just run a small host site etc. for friends, friends or friends etc. Looking for a small 'ticket' system for support and enquiries.
There's a couple people have told me about Kayako for one..
Anyone able to assist with provding feedback of other's. Not too expensive.
I'm ok with it just monitoring just one email account.

Kayako-
It is definatly the best in the world ( my opinion ) it is very effecient...although expensive
Lpanel included-
If you use lpanel it comes with a default one....i never liked it
WHM AP included-
Same as the lpanel one almost never really liked it...

phpCoin (www.phpcoin.com)-Okay, but not that great. It's free and its also a billing/accounting system in addition to support. It's also located in Fantastico.
Help Center Live (Fantastio)-Has a simple ticket system and live chat. We use it.

Support Logic is free and does a wonderful job for small operations. Get it at http://www.support-logic.com/index.php or is included with fantastico.

No one seems to have mentioned PerlDesk yet. We used to use them but have moved to Kayako now. PerlDesk is the cheaper of the two but it still gets the job done and is easy to manage tickets.

If you can afford to get Kayako though I would deffinatly go for it. I think the best advice though it to have a look at the demo's for each system and decide which one you prefer because at the end of the day it is personal preference.

OSTicket (http://www.osticket.com/). It's free and supports mulitple accounts, etc... Very nice little ticket system.
