i have bought reseller accounts from emonex.net
and around 2weeks ago they told me that they are swiching to new servers, so i said ok, i can wait a few days as he promised me for a few days. but then a day later or so, he told me the the HD from the last server have died and that the techys are working on it, and offered me
if i wanted my accounts setted up right away, without waiting for those
cuz i finaly got a few clients. but i said, i will wiat for the HD to be ok
but after 2weeks of waiting for the sol called dead HD to be up. i had to set up my accounts for my clients, so i talk to emonex, which aka Birdo H4. they day i told him it, he started to ignore me so i thought
"heh, hes always not here, i can wait a day or 2" but that day or 2 have turned out to be 2long weeks.. i have clitents who bought 1 year plan. and clients WAITING for me. but birdo never replied me and such
i sent them an email through their website but no replies. so i just thought maybe u should let u guys know itz not as he is not that reliable.
to be honest the way i do things is, you tell me whats happening and i wont bug you, you dun tell me anything then prepareed for me bugging u even more. so when ever he logs on AIM he would go off right away. or just ignore
then go off
last word. unless they change this... i dun think they can last longs
and i wouldnt suggest u doing so.... they were really, really, REALLY well before the server switch and things. now he just ignores me
and i cant even get my account back so i can hsot my clients.

My goodness... that's a bad excuse from them. I suggest you move to another host that is serious in doing business.

thats why i am giving them so much time , in hope of having that deal back

so meaning he have time to lure around this forum
but none for telling me whats happening...
also anyone on these forum is being hosted by them
and still being hosted??

Well to tell you the truth, I feel sorry, not just for you, but more so for your clients.
I wonder, being new to hosting- but not novice in life and business, I wonder what criteria u used in signing on to a reseller service with emonex- aside from a "good deal"
What kind of good deal can it be if a guy is dicking u around.
How long does it take to replace a HD?

guess all you need to get in this business is less than 10 bucks
u get a domain name make a quicky site and advertise services for a unrealisticly low price and your in.
Boy that is scary
Your customers don't care and don't need to care about emonex's trouble.
To them u are the one not delievering the service they paid u for.
IIf u don't want your clients ending up bitter at u, consider one of the many reputable sites u can find recommended here- at this great and invaluble forum.
U might not make a lot of money at first but, once your good name gets around you'll be doing lots of business.
cywkevin 10-18-2004, 06:49 PM Obviously it it isn't a good deal if your sites have been down for that long. He probably skipped out on his server bill and is leaving you out to dry and refuses to talk to you.

does almost instant reply to your questions, patiently helps you
explaining what ever you ask and seeing and fixing the problems you ahve instantly sound bad? i mean before the HD thing i dont see anyone being better then them/him or w.e. i was introduced from my friend which known him for some time, and i know my friend for 3yrs?? then i just trust him, and prior that, i also known him from another host, which he is known to be helpful. but this sudden change is just weird...
i jsut hope he reads this and correct the problem now or soon, otherwise he wont be able to do anymore business

I imagine though since he is ducking you in all of your other attempts at contacting him, I am sure he will disregard this as well!

well... if this topics goes for long... then i dont think it would be good for him in the long run, after all i have the option of just switchin my host when i really need it, but he doenst once an opinion is made from someone it is rather hard to change that persons mind. he might hurt me now, but hes just hurting him self in the long run.
also i dont mind my clients seeing this post, i tell them exactly what is happening, cuz i am honest and not like some cheap *#&$#*( who doenst tell them anything and leading into a field of unknown

his internet was down ( i expeiriencep similar things) he wasnt able to get on so he cant help me get the account up
