Hi, anyone know of a php solution that can do this?:

1. admin logs in, creates a user, uploads files for that user
2. user logs in, gets file list, can download files.
3. can look very nice :)

I'm looking for open source, or free solutions, anyone?

Here is a File Manager that I find pretty useful, you might need to change a few varriables for linux, however this can work on both. =)
