I am really trying hard to get a good service (either our own merchant account or atleast a good and reliable 3PPP who don't ditch like Paysystems) since 2 months.

Can anybody tell about these two services? Fee, reliability etc etc.

Well it depends on what country you are in. Metacharge seems to be Europe-based & the other seems to be Canadian based. Neither list the bank name that they are affiliated with - which is something you will want to find out

By any chance your company provide merchant accounts to non-us merchants? I searched all your site. Didn't find any info on non-us merchant accounts.

Well if you look at merchant account providers websites (http://www.cdgcommerce.com/) - you will see in the footer: CDGcommerce is a registered ISO/MSP of Provident Bank, Cincinnati, OH. All ISOs/MSPs, or anyone who is working on getting a merchant account, needs to have that information listed on their sites (per Visa / MasterCard rules & regulations).
