Hi,

I have applied for Natwest Streamline merchant account, however today I have received a letter from Natwest Streamline stating that I will need to provide them, with the following:


• 2 years Audited Accounts or for a new business, Business Plan + 12 months Cashflow forecast.

(I have been in business for nearly 2 years now, however I was using the third-party payments processors i.e. PayPal, 2Checkout, what kind of documents do I need to provide them?)

• Copy of any Guarantees offered.

(If they mean the guarantee that I offer with my services i.e. money back guarantee, do I need to send them ,the copy of the web page or can I just send them the website URL?)

• Any brochures/information relating to your service which may be available to give background information in support of your application.

(I do not have any brochures etc…, since I do the business on the internet, do I just show them my website?)

i'm guessing you're a sole trader, in which case some of the above won't apply. you'll still have to show them accounts, statements and as much info as you've got.
