I'm new to this hosting stuff and am having a little trouble with setting up my clients with bigmailbox.

In WHM in which one of the fileds do I have to change th DNS entry. I'll show you what I have right now. How long does it take propogate? 24 to 48 hours as well? Cuz it doesn't seem to be working.

The first text field should contain YOUR domain name (abc.com.).

Okay, Thanks. But I originally had it set like that and it was not working. I think.

Don't forget the "dot" after the domain. It usually takes an hour or two to update.

Does your client have an active account with bigmailbox?
How does your whole zone files looks right now? Paste it.

I see a lot of people don't understand propagation. All DNS changes take place instantly. All propagation is is waiting for cached DNS entries to expire. The length of time that cached DNS entries last is called TTL (time to live) which is specified in number of seconds. 14400 is 4 hours.
