Appears to be a DNS problem as I can't reach any of their sites directly, but they do ping and I tried their IP http://64.28.102.23
and reached their site.

My sites are back... :)
I would recommend them to all the people looking for a wonderful windows host. sitebysize is the best win2k host i have seen till now.

I have an account with SitebySize on server 103. And I will have to say that until yesterday they were a pretty good host. They do have occaisional downtime, but nothing unusual. The big problem was they SCHEDULED 3 hours of down time for 3:00 pm CST on Thursday. Not a cool idea with my customers. In the email they sent out telling us about it, they claimed they WOULD be available by email and Yahoo Messenger. And they were until about 4 hours in to it. Then no response to email. Never got a reason why it to 23 hours to replace a hard drive other than "we had BIG problem with server". When there are problems, you do not get clear answers. They speak very broken English. You can tell that by looking at their web site.

In defense of SbS, they offer a fast server with all the bells and whistles and the tech support has never taken more than a few hours to reply to an email. BUT, if you have a site that needs to be up during the day, I would not reccomend hosting it there. They have had other times where they were down for 1 - 3 hours at a time during the day and several times for 15 minutes or less.

Well, It doesn't matters if they speak broken english all You would require from your host is wonderful support, SBS gives excellent support and at prices that they offer it simply rocks.

As far as response time goes, Yes i agree sometimes they do tend to take a little while but on the average its less than an hour or so. leaving apart the incident of yesterday I've had great experience till now with them. Seems like things went out of their control yesterday and they had to vanish till the things are back ;)

Overall It does makes sense to go with them.

And also important to evaluate their support level in light of the fact that it is Windows 2000 and they do support many advanced features including MS SQL. And, from what I have heard, their support ranks well in that somewhat more limited arena.
