hey i am wondering why most of the billing company over the net want setup fees . can you point me some with just rate fix ?

To set up your Vending account, That takes man power that someone has to pay for. www.2checkout.com is quite good you pay a 1 time fee to set up the account, The transferr fee`s arnt to bad either.

The fee decreases the amount of kids, who would like to play with service, and these, who don't really need it and wouldn't sell anything. In my opinion there would be much more fraud attempts, if there is no setup fee.
