That's it. This fee is my red line. I am in Europe. I will fly over to Canada On February 2005 and I want by then to have the legal action ready. Not only that they will pay us our money they will also pay us the legal fees. If this company was bankrupted its one story, but if they are still working it is just INSANE to let them go on with this. We have NO known chargebacks there is no reason to take from us this fee.

I am begging each and everyone of you that started any kind of legal action to post in this thread where he stands, the legal fees etc.

Please, I want any Canadian that started ant kind of action to PM me.

Thank you.
D.

Also,

Any person who wants to take action - send me your phone number and name via PM, and I will call him/her today. We need to get over the "virtual" stage of this story into the "real world".

I am waiting for your numbers.

I don't want to work hard and then in 3 month to get emails from people "I want to join also". This will not work.

I will take names and phone numbers in the next 3 days ONLY.
After that our group will be closed. This is to make you ACT now and to start the ball rolling with a mass of people.

Also:

My father is a lawyer
My Sister is a lawyer
My Grandfathers brother was the head of the supream court in in my country. (try to beat that...)
In other words: Half of my family tree are lawyer or law makers.
Most important: my family in Beverly Hills, CA are all corporate lawyers.

So maybe I can get this legal action for free and FAST.

Ok, I got 4 numbers until now.
I started to work with one of my families friends who is an expert on international and internet law. He asked me to start to Record the conversations I make with them, especially the one I am going to make on Monday about this NEW fee. If you are in our group: Record all phone calls to them and before you speak with one of their representatives you need to inform the other side that the conversation is being recorded and may be used in a court against paysystems. Also, you need to write me the name of sales representatives that you dealt with. The one that signed me was Matt Douglas. In 24-36 hours the people that contacted me will get a (1st) questioner with a few question, they will need to describe when they signed up with them etc. No one on our group will have to sign anything before we will actually file the law suit, exactly 6 month after this whole fiasco started, but we will have all the paperwork ready by then. In three days all the communication about this issue will be moved from here and the group will be closed.

I am a lawyer in the USA and I represent a Canadian company that has been screwed by Paysystems. I will be contacting the group that has set up a website and is planning to sue them this week.

I will also be contacting Canadian lawyers who may take on all litigants for a potential class action IN CANADA. It makes no sense to sue in a jurisdiction where the defendant has no assets.

I will keep you all posted.
