The following are the websites I'm currently selling. Post SOLD if you'd like to buy it for the buyout price or post your offer if you're interested for a price lower than the buyout.

Free 5mb "internet floppy disk" site. All security measures taken care of, possible to make all sorts of limits and restrictions so as to keep viruses and illegal content off the server. Fully developed, about 30 members. Some script customization, custom logo and more! Great site to use as a user database.

Gaming team/clan toplist. Comes with script. Had over 25 members getting around 100 hits per day to the site but lost 'em all when the server went down in early September. Custom logo, customized script, ready to add members and a little advertising!
