Why? Let me know what you need and I will help you. BurstNET 10-15-2004, 07:59 PM Did you open a ticket?.. We're not running behind in ticket response times whatsoever currently... Steven 10-15-2004, 08:44 PM I dont have the current ticket numbers since i moved servers and the mail is gone. If i was to submit a new ticket when would I get a reply? Ive already submitted 3 that i know of. BurstNET 10-15-2004, 09:14 PM Our billing dept is open Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM EST. Steven 10-15-2004, 10:42 PM Ok, I will update this post if i do not receive an reply by tuesday. Steven 10-24-2004, 12:32 PM Its been close to a week with no reply: ----------------------------------------------------------- Details [Submitted 10-18-2004 - 01:37AM ] ----------------------------------------------------------- ID............: 296861 Joshua 10-24-2004, 01:06 PM If you have a billing issue, give Keith a call (Not sure of his extension @ Burst right now). I find that it's always quicker to do that, and he never has a problem with resolving it over the phone. hoststylez 10-24-2004, 02:25 PM I am still waiting for a detailed invoice of services that they are charging me for, they turned me into collections for 2k+ and cant seem to come up with service records for me. I have told them that I will pay for any services I used but I need them to actually send me a invoice with months/days of service that was used by me. They have never once sent me a detailed invoice, just sent me to collections. They last reply i got from billing was over a month ago. I personally dont think billing is their strong point. Steven 10-24-2004, 03:51 PM Well I did get a reply but it was not very helpful at all. Don't even try and play innocent here. You were sent to collections for good reason. BurstNET 10-24-2004, 05:01 PM << Well I did get a reply but it was not very helpful at all. >. Not true. You were informed how much you owed, and how to make payment via Paypal. This was a complete response to the exact question you asked. I'm sorry that answering your question in full is not "helpful". You still did not inform me if i need to pay the 30 fee for collections or not so yes it was not helpful. Steven 10-24-2004, 05:06 PM Originally posted by BurstNET << Their billing dept has really bad history >> Yes, three years ago maybe, prior to our installation of our new billing system. Making a comment like that is just as bad as bringing up a three year old thread on WHT and responding to it. There is absoluetely nothing wrong with our billing dept. Most issues with our billing dept are due to failure of clients to read policies and understand procedures. Umm This thread was started 10-15-2004 and i got a reply today: 10-24-2004 only because I replied to the thread again. BurstNET 10-24-2004, 05:08 PM << You still did not inform me if i need to pay the 30 fee for collections or not so yes it was not helpful. >> We answered your question fully the first time. Just because you requested further clarification afterwards, does not mean our response was not helpful. I'm not sure why you are looking to make an agruement where there is none. Not sure why, but it may be getting done automatically by our ticket filtering system. When I saw your post, I had it undeleted and answered immediately. This has nothing to do with billing dept tickets specifically not being answered. Our billing dept is responsive and is not backlogged or ignoring issues. hoststylez 10-25-2004, 11:57 AM Originally posted by BurstNET You have been sent all of your invoices multiple times in the past. Ummm, I was never a actual customer of yours and your wonderfull billing team, I was a client of Clove.net that you took over, 6-8 months after I canceled my services from Clove you billed me with high figure, never once invoiced for each month. You have admitted to the sloppy records of clove.net when you took them over. I have sent my paypal transaction history to you in a email proving that i had made payments to clove.net. Now if you would please send me a detailed invoice to what you think I owe, I will be glad to pay. Why would I pay for services I either paid for already or never recieved ?
