Does anyone face a problem logging to his OnlineNic account if he is a member there?

Their support told me that they were upgrading the database, so it was a bit slow. Somehow the DNS entries got changed to non-existand DNS servers, like they pulled some old backup from somewhere. I am pulling my hair out.
