**PLEASE MENTION HOW MUCH BANDWIDTH YOU USE ON 1 SERVER, THX

I'm looking for dedicated machines(or colocation) that will NOT bandwidth lag out once you load up the machine with alot of bandwidth.
I've tried the above 3 listed dedicated machines which all lagged once a higher load was put on the bandwidth, like 1.5-2.0 Mbps (still lots of cpu, ram left)

I know there are good companies out there, I have one in Toronto, and Chicago.

If someone could please recommend a dedicated machine with good quality bandwidth WHEN PUSHED WITH HIGH SPEEDS.

Price range : <$250 USD/m, for atleast dual Xeon 2 Ghz.
Price range : <$150 USD/m, for colocation

Hard drives, ram dont really matter, they are not used excessively.
This machine REQUIRES good cpu and bandwidth as they are always the first to run out with what I'm doing with them.

Thanks, any input will be looked at. Especially if a few people can mention the same place.

I didn't have any problem maxing my server. The only reason it came down from 100 after 2:15 or so is because I started adjusting settings on my server. Then I worked to keep it around 90-100mbps using server settings. This was a stress test to see if the server could sustain it (was no problem at all, server load was low the entire time, had 500mb ram left the entire time (1gb ram machine) and to teach myself a bit about IIS. All done before I move accounts over to it (getting there now).
