What are some places where I can get free monitoring to my server and alert me when it goes down by e-mail. Cell phone would be good also, but for free, e-mail is good enough. I would also like to have a stats thing, where clients can see the uptime stats.

ServersAlive (http://www.woodstone.nu/salive/) can monitor and send you an alert (email, SMS) whenever your web site or MailServer goes down.

I don't know.

I think siteuptime is the best among them, if we consider that it is free.
