I have been unable to reach my leased raqs at cobaltracks.com for the last 3 hours! Am I the only one?

Hello,
CBR was the victim of a distributed denial of service attack this morning. We were recieveing >109Megs inbound from UU.net. This made our systems very very slow to anyone peering with the UU.net network. People accessing us via CW or another peer should have been ok.
We have become backloged in support as we had every engineer we could find working the problem. Each ticket will get a response. We have located the attackers and put them out of commision with UU.net's help.
You should see performance returning to normal now.

For those who haven't placed a ticket, didn't notice or our just curius
it lasted from about 8am EST to about 10:10 am EST. Sam is
going after a much needed caffeine fix now :-)...

Good to hear about.
I also wondered about the "downtime" at CBR but I forgot to open a ticket ;)
