Once you got an order with valid payment but the domain contain hacking, sniffing, warez or even really realy UN-meaning words for example: hack-me-please.com warezandhackclub.com or even pqrstuvwxyz.com and they ASK you to also register that domain, I was wondering if you setup it as well or just simply issue a refund? Just curious.

Well lets put it this way...

Do you want wares sites?
Do you want a hackersite that might give people the idea to hack his site (you network)
Do you want stuff like that associated with your comapny?

Even the best TOS can outline your not responsable for that stuff but you still can run into problems if that person does with the law. I would denie his request unless he could prove that his site did none of these things..but I would do that!
