Which distribution would suit my needs on a multiple gameserver dedicated server.

The machine specs would range from P4 2.8GHz to Dual Xeon 2.4Ghz.

Linux Redhat 9
Linux Fedora Core Release 1
Linux Fedora Core Release 2

We use FC1 and it works great.

Why don't you try CentOS?

If you are going to use one of the listed OS's, I would definately recommend FC2. It is quite stable, and it also uses the 2.6 kernel!

I would reccomend CentOS over fedora or redhat 9.

However i would have to go with fadora core 2 if any of those.

FC2 but we have servers running RH9 that have not been switched over yet and they too run fine. I am not sure there is a huge difference but we do keep our kernels up to date minimum monthly.

I would recommend Gentoo (if you know how to compile and use it)
