that was a month ago and they have been up and down since...they are not really out of business though

I'd say e-mail support@paysystems.com with your paysystems ORDERID (should've been in an e-mail you got when you paid) and also tell them why you want your money back of course. I don't know if they'll give it back to you but those are the people to e-mail.
