I don't think you can... you'll need to have your host do it.

Also, no need for thread bumps after only 20 mins.

How do I get my host to do it? Lets say I have SSH, now how?

Unless they happen to be reading this thread and know who you are you'll probably need to contact them. Give them your username and the URL to the backup file and they'll be able to download it to the server and restore it as long as they know how to do this.

I'm pretty sure you're unable to do it and it needs to be done by the root user on the server.

Well, can you explain how to do it from the root account? My host is my friend, who isn't extremely good at this :-D We are both pretty new to this world. Don't bother suggesting going for managed, we'd rather learn.

I'd say wget the file to your server. Place it in your /home directory and use the restore backup from WHM.
