I was wondering if anyone knew of any GOOD support ticket systems that you can check with a mobile phone such as the Hitachi G1000. I recently purchased 3 of these phones since I can use it for ssh, to have my toll free number routed there and my AOL instant messages. Each one of my support staff members, as well as myself have one so if we can logon to a support ticket system while being where ever it would be great since then customers will have "true" 24/7 support, while saving us money on not out sourcing to another firm

There might be a few systems that forward tickets to your cell phone, however they might be a little pricely. Try a search on Web Hosting Talk or try hotscripts.com.

Hi,
kayako help desk lets you setup SMS messages to go to your phone for tickets. It also includes wap support.
I would link you but I dont have enough posts to post links...
Hope that helps,

Heres the link www.kayako.com
Thank you guys, I am wondering if any WHT members have used kayako before, and if it was still efficient when their business reached 200 support tickets a day. I know 200 support tickets is A LOT, however when I get a system in place I really don’t like changing, unless it’s the last resort, so I would like to plan for the future :)

If you are willing to work with Java based system wich provide you with both, WAP and Java interfaces I can give you an advice. It will be your system, you will not depend on anybody else and you will be able to modify it as much as you wish.
