I need some help. How the Hyip moniter banners work. Which programing language needs ?
Banner is desplaying in JPG image but i think coming from database dynamicaly. How can i create these type of hyip monitor banners . Banner will show the status of hyip ,paying or not paying. Admin can set that status. Please help.
