Possibly with the aid of using NTFS DOS drivers to read the file system and then load in a modified registry, among other files. allan 01-23-2002, 08:55 PM I'm not a Windows guy, so I could be wrong, but it was my understanding that you can boot into the Windows box using a recovery disk, and change the password, without having to reformat.
