I shall shortly be migrating my site to a dedicated W2000 server. I am a techie, but server admin isn't my speciality so I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good book that might assist me in the process of setting up the server and troubleshooting etc?

Stanek's book www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/073561024X/qid=1011881095/sr=1-3/ref=sr_1_75_3/102-5463378-0143350 is slimmer and more approachable but leaves a lot of detail.

If you are looking at hosting from a web hosting company perspective, none of the books I've seen really deal with this. They assume you are hosting your company's site (or a few maybe) on a server.
