After buying domains for the last few months I assumed that it was impossible to get a 4 letter .com domain. And then tonight I was searching around and was able to snag 2! Are they not as hard to get as previously believed?

you are right... 2 & 3 letters are most likely impossible by now for .com .net and .org
if you get a weird extension like .hm or .wi or whatever, there are probably a lot more out there ;)
Hey, I have wd1.net :)
Check the remaining 3-letter domain names at http://www.3la.org
And yep, there are plenty of 4-letter domain names left, particularly if you use a number in them ;)

There aren't any numbers in them. I was surpised, maybe it isn't such a big deal.

i think people just make a huge deal out of em just to drive their own value up for ojii.com or whatever they have... :)
which ones did you get? i'm personally kinda liking .org names now, i dunno, they look good...

I didn't think it was impossible, but I did think it was harder and picked up one as well...

welcome to:
MilkLadenLabouringBulls.com!
Check out this http://domainspot.com/4letters.htm
I registered all of them a week ago. 4 letter .com domains are many, many out there, but double and triple same letter are hard to find.
