I am looking for someone to make a site design for my guild site. No coding would be involved just graphics and layout.

My site design plan:

# Header up top with a new winterwolves logo on the left, I'm swaying towards a night time icy cold type look. Something with a wolves head gnarling with a full moon in the background. A flash animation on the wolf head would be sweet, nothing too gawky maybe just glowing red eyes. Right side of the header would include a mosaic of our main games, maybe with a character from each. The header would sorta of remind you of anything you would see on like a gamespy planet site.
# Menus still on the far left, like a typical site but more graphical than what we have now.
# Content in the middle.
# Right side is still undecided but will resemble the left side.


I've looked through templates but have yet to find anything I could use. I'm not gifted with artistic ability thus I am here requesting help.

Our site is winterwolves.org and after the redesign we will not be using PostNuke, I am working on my own CMS type backend. All I would need is a sliced psd.

I would be interested to see some quotes on this type of work.
