is a community script what I'm looking for?

i know i know, you will probably refer me to some url as cgi-resources.com telling me to search. well i did, but i want to know which one you can suggest! Could you please suggest me one?

The script should be in perl and allow:

- user registration
- photo upload
- show sort of personal info

it should not become sort of classified ads but more an easy way to let the users create their homepage. the script should also create sort of index of all the registered users.
