Hi everyone,

I've noticed that FastServers has started to offer managed servers. Their DEFCON level 2 is basically a fully managed server with a root access.

Does anyone have any experience with their DEFCON 2 service? Is it good?

Thank you,
Vladimir.

I am using their defcon 3 and I am very pleased with it. Not only they upgrade my OS automatically, they also monitor my box to make sure it is up all the time and on top of that they give me 1 hour free admin time each month.
All of that for just $25.00/m.

Good Luck

Ali, Kami -- thank you, I've signed up for DEFCON 2 and so far my experience has been positive. I was also wondering how DEFCON 2 compares with Rackspace's managed services -- does anyone have experience with the both services?

Thank you,
Vladimir.
