Hello,
We are a small hosting company looking for someone to provide remote technical support for whm/cpanel based servers - both end user support and sysadmin tasks.
The successful candidate must:
Be able to cover mornings, GMT (8am-1pm for example) and ideally afternoons too.
Have previous experience of hosting technical support including some or all of: whm/cpanel/apf setup/troubleshooting dn issues/forum support
Be enthusiastic about the job - hosting support is a labour of love, not a job you will make millions at!
Have excellent client communication skills
Be able to provide references and/or reference sites where you have provided support before
Being small, the volume of support tickets is quite low, but when one does come in, the clients expect a rapid, accurate response in plain english. Customer satisfaction is *very* important to us.
