This person needs to 1 be skilled 2 want to work for a company and not be someone that just goes does 1 job and leaves. I currently have 1 big job pending and i am looking for a coder willing to work for a very low price due to the fact that our main customer are counter-strike and other gaming clans. We do not want to charge them much and they can not pay much either.

For that low of a price, you're going to be hiring an experimental 12 year old with no previous experience in the language.
