Looking to work with someone who has experience as a remote game server admin and support tech.

Must have knowledge of:
o Shell scripting
o Game servers (Call of Duty, CS, DOD, TFC)
o Linux RH 3.0 Enterprise
-> Optimization
-> Management
-> Networking
-> Configuration
-> Security
o PHP
o mySQL
o cPanel
o Modernbill

Must be:
o Over the age of 21
o Professional at all times especially when representing the company
o Available on AIM, MSN and / or email
o A lover of games, technology and the gaming community
o Meet the above knowledge criteria

Tasks include:
o Game server installation
o Voice server installation
o Server management
o Customer ticket support
o Field forum support questions

Payment:
o $1.25 per ticket (60 minute response time w/ resolution)
o $2.00 per ticket (30 minute response time w/ resolution)
o Paid via Paypal for all other interactions on a per issue basis
o Paid as work is completed for technical issues
o Paid as work is completed for scripting requests
o Also option to get paid % on commission for new sales you drive in

This person would be freelance as needed for support and other admin tasks. Individual should be available via AIM, MSN to discuss issues. I'm willing to start paying a monthly fee as the individual proves their ability to work with myself and the customers.
