Could you help me find a host?

Particular things I'd like:
Perl/CGI
PHP
At least 300 megs space
At least 15 gigs transfer
control panel
25-unlimited subdomains
ftp's to match up to the subdomains (aka 25-unlimited ftp)
25-unlimited pop3
my own smtp
unlimited forwards
preferably $15/month or under
Unix-based server

I may or may not change hosts... I'm on hostrocket right now, and it's keeps going iffy - it'll be down randomly, and I have to wait 5 minutes and refresh. Not too bad, but really annoying. It's gotten better, but I'd like to have my options open.

Thanks for any help!

*grins* I'm a she. ^~

Also, isn't Gearhost Windows-based? Oops, forgot to put Unix-based on specifications. ><

Thanks for trying to help, though!
