How has the service been? What kind of problems and downtime have you gotten from the company?

Hello,

There are no known problems with the server, nor pweb's service . This server is located on pweb's network through dcjn. I out-grew that server, and moved all my accounts to a larger server. :)

The server has been reserved by one of the members.

Thank you for everyone who contacted me.

Just curious... at only $130/month.. if you outgrew a server like that you're making some cash... wouldn't it have been easier just to get a second server? Did you get a bigger server with pwebtech?

I'm just asking because I'm about to get a server from them and want to know the ins and outs of their service.

Hello,

Well.. the only times I contacted pweb if my server was down, and they always brought it back up.

It depends. If you require a lot of support or help with running a server, then I do not honestly know if they will satisfy you. If you know how to admin a server and fix basic problems, pweb will be good for you - as per personal experience.

I moved everything on a dual server, instead of having multiple servers.

You can contact me via ICQ if have any more questions.
