Im looking for someone with Extensive HTML Knowledge, not rough coding. The project im looking for is very small wont take more than 1-2 Hours depending on your timespan and pace. I am looking for someone that will accept a small budget the work is not alot.

Five Different Middle Themes for the Design need to be coded from Five Different PSD's. The Main Page is coded, so redoing the general design is not needed, just the middle section.
