Here is a basic outline of what we can offer:
*At least 1 team member in the 24/7 live help at any given time.
*Any help tickets will be answered within a one-hour time period.
*We can provide phone support from morning through the evening M-F.
*Complete management of server.
We take pride in doing our work. Not only do we support the clients well, but we have a vast knowledge on all areas of the computer technology field. Server administration is a specialty. We mainly provide support for Unix-based/Cpanel servers, but we are not limited to just those.
Also, we include a complete server security check, and installation of server security software, free for those who choose us to administer their server.
We can do it better, faster, and cheaper, and cut through the layers without harming the relationship or the product.
