How do people accept credit card payments online?.. Do you have to setup something with your bank or.. hmm, I have absolutely no idea what I should be asking, just curious for the future, how you do it. I just don't see how you can charge the card, you must need to setup something with a bank or something right.. even then, I don't understand how it would be done. :confused:

Basically you are right in your assumptions, but their are also so called third-party payment services which lets you charge credit cards without having a real merchant account. These are good to start out with. The two most known I would say is 2checkout.com and revecom.com
