What are your special prices for transferring over from another company to yours?
We need 24/7 helpdesk support where you will answer our tickets. We only get about 1-5 tickets per day usually. Not much at all.
Also, we need someone to be on live chat as much as possible. Again, not much action here...just be there in case.
We would also like someone to be able to answer the OCCASIONAL toll-free phone call. We do not offer support via phone. However, sales and billing calls may come in and possibly if there is an emergency. However, the phone rings MAYBE once a week if that.
We can't offer you tons for payment right now...but as we continue to grow, we will pay more and need more of your services. We started in December of 2002 and we are steadily growing.
We have one main shared hosting server, one reseller server and one semi-dedicated server. The helpdesk and live chat system is run off of one server and all clients use it. We use Kayako eSupport and Kayako LiveResponse.
We also need you to be our server admin. If something happens....we will need you to fix it. Such as a crash, kernel upgrade, etc.
Please let us know your experience and what all you can offer.

One server has about 6 accounts (resellers), another server has 20 accounts (resellers), and the last server has 150 shared accounts or so. However, not all of those are active...some are personal sites, etc. So we really only have about 1-5 tickets per day. Not much work.
We use cPanel on all machines and they all have RedHat on them. They are Dell PowerEdge servers that we own.
We also have a couple of other servers that we own, but don't admin or support.
We are looking for one rate per month for 24/7 tech support, live chat, and eventually phone support ASAP. We need the techs to answer sales questions, tech support questions. We also need to be able to come to you for server admin type questions. We shouldn't actually have to come to you for any questions since your company will be taking care of all issues and you
should know what is going on with the servers.....but you will need to perform security checks/audits/updates, kernel upgrades, troubleshoot any server problems, etc. We want everything to be done through your company in a fast
manner. We expect response times to be no more than 30 minutes to an hour and resolution times to be ASAP. If the server goes down at 12:30am CST or 2am or whenever....we want your company to take care of getting it back online ASAP. We don't want to have to worry about things like that anymore.
Again, we will increase your pay as we see how well you perform and as we grow as a company.
