It removes all of the cards. So there is no way of it being wrong. Just write down the six cards on a paper, then when he "removes" your card, you see the resulting five are totally different.

If you'll look at the cards you're dealt when you start the experiment and the cards that are left after you select a card, you'll find that none of the cards in the second set match the cards in the first set. So the card that you selected obviously won't be there, ESP or not. :)

LoL,
Cute trick. My wife is still scratching her head trying to figure this out :)
BTW, I tried it before I read the rest of the comments here.
Lesson to be learned here: Whenever something at first glance seems impossibly impossible, you are probably being deceived in some way.
If you operate from that premise you would see through that in a heartbeat.
LOL @ ESP
For a real good time, read some of the "explanations" offered by people, along with their crazy-*** half baked theories:

"The monitor is tracking my eye movement"
HAHAHA.
Meanwhile, this prankster is probably selling books like hotcakes to these mentally incompetent people who can only conclude its either a mythical brainreading or some kind of highly evolved mathematical algorithm.

Wow, are those "explanations" from real people? I sort of took the whole thing as a joke...
What a laugh :)

No there are right. it matters not which card youpick, because the second line-up is completely different, with one card less! You automatically expect to see your card missing, but you don't even think to look at the other remainding cards, which makes this trick clever, if a little childish!
:banana:Most "good" tricks are 8-)
