I wanted to let anyone who cares to listen know that I made a very bad choice about 6 months ago. I have about 4000 web hosting accounts in my company and I wanted to begin using CPanel 3 (Now Cpanel 4 I think)... so I had a server and CPanel 3 setup through Liquid Web (http://www.liquidweb.com ).
They got it setup pretty quickly, and at first, I was satisfied. But very soon after the setup, I began to become wary of them, mainly because they would answer my support requests with another question, or a vague answer. To top it off, they would not leave the support ticket open for further bantering, I had to copy and paste my old ticket and their answer and say, "Hey, you guys didn't fix this issue, you just closed the ticket".
Anyway, I am thankful that I have only 1 server with them and only about 200 web sites. Also, CPanel has a lot of potential, but the company DarkOrb that created it has all but disappeared. I think their company may be going out of business or something.
Regardless, companies that don't know how to support their customers will not live long in today's economy. Liquid Web probably doesn't have much time left before they disappear.
My opinion? If you're with them, you better get out while you can!
Also, I am taking suggestions for a new dedicated server provider, preferably one that does not use CPANEL !!
