I'm looking at these two hosts and would like knowledge from either current clients or past clients.
I would like to know what you think of their support.
Thanks! :D

I am sure if you did a search you would find lots of info about both...

Greg - are you either a current or past client of either of these hosts, or are you just looking to get your signature in yet another thread? ;)

I am a member of WHT, I read the thread, I know that their have been lots of posts about both hosts so I gave him the link to search for them as that way he can find lots of info about both of them...
Should I not help a person out next time?

Hi Kindred,
I am indirectly a customer of DIYhosting. Their parent company (Eirca) owns DIYHosting (reseller providers) and Haloserve (Dedicated Server Providers)
I am a Haloserve customer and can honestly say they have been outstanding.
I participate in their customer only forums and their resellers seem to be satisfied. I know their support team is the same for both companies, and I have nothing but good things to say about their support...

InSite, your comment was not necessary. The thread starter is a brand new member, and Greg was directing him to use the search feature to find more information that could be helpful to his quest. For that matter, the staff does the same thing when new members come looking for feedback on a particular company (if a member hasn't already told them). There are cases where people post just to be seen, but this is not one.
Let's keep it friendly, and on-topic please. :)
