I wanted to warn anyone who uses dedicated services to avoid Liquid Web if at all possible. I purchased a ded server through them 6 months ago, and their support has been very bad. I have given up on expecting them to be professional. My problems have been fairly mundane, but getting answers out of them is like pulling teeth. They close tickets before they offer an answer all the time. It's as if they want to get rid of me as a customer.

I can't imagine I am the only customer that they are pissing off. If you are having the same problems, give them what they deserve. Sound off. Let others know.

Hmmmmm.... no replies..... Maybe that means that they are a small time outfit that no-one has heard of?

Their help desk is all but useless at times, use the phone number, it's toll free and the problems always get fixed that way.

Liquid web gives you a lot of bang for your buck at the virtual hosting level, but their support can lack. There are some people there who need to work on being helpful, but I've found some very nice helpdesk people too. The question becomes: Were you lucky enough to get helpful support?

Try calling in, that is helpful.
