During the day, my office building (I do most work as a webhost from home) has a strict firewall that prevents me from accessing ports for WHM/cPanel (essentially anything other than 80)...is there an online "proxy browser", or code for one, that will allow me to get around that?

I wouldn't trust anyone not on your server with your root passwords. Maybe run squid on port 80 on a unused IP
