Around 3 months ago I did some work for a user on these boards called Sasjamal, I am not too sure that this is his username however, been a while since he has spoken to me and I have removed all PMs recently.

The job was to setup socketmail on his server, I played around, and realised he hasn't all the needed requirements, I helped him setup all the requirements and ended up installing socketmail, and after around 3-5 hours of work in total on and off I had it setup to his satisfaction - considering it was my first time I was extremly happy.

Sas was suposed to pay me over paypal, however he was unable to do this as paypal screwed over his account, he gave me access to check this out, he was telling the truth - I greatly respect this as I hate paypal also.

He said he would like my address details to send me money, this was 2 months ago, I gave him the details, and he stated he posted the money order.

To this date I have not recieved it, nor has he replied to my numeruos e-mails and messages on MSN messenger.

This is not a flame, as I am sure he has a good reason to not paying me, however just a little warning of his actions.

If he had paypal, and he had a bank account why did he not wire the money directly through to you? It costs a bit of money to wire.. but still for a project like that the fee would just be a small chunk out of it.

Just a little suggestion, you should've provided him with the service after he had paid you.

I plan to do this from now on, unless I trust the person I am working for (Have done work for them previously)
