I got a reseller account cause I have several domains and it's convenient for me to edit both space and bandwidth for my sites depending on needs for each month.
My question is, is it possible for one of the sites to not be accessible while the other is?
Cause one of my domains I can't access via either http or ftp. The other site is fine.
And yes, the one that I can't access is the one that uses the bulk of the bandwidth. (and the main account, it's the one with the WHM access)
I checked and I haven't received an email from the host.

It sounds to me like it could be you went over the bandwidth on the one account and it got suspended. I would contact your host about it...

I have 72 gigs on that account, (I have 100 gigs and the current allocation is 72 and 28) and used about.... 7-9 gigs so far for October? (the 2nd account is at 400mbs) >.>
I don't think I was over bandwidth. XD
I thought it was a little fishy that one site is up but the other isn't... but shouldn't he have emailed me first?
But I did notice that the host put up a new thread and his prices have either gone a lot higher or what you get (space and bandwidth) is a lot less. >.>

Maybe something illegal was happening on your site... If we have spammers or other illegal things happening, we suspend the account first and ask questions later, so as to protect the server and the other clients on it..

Hmmm.... probably not. I'm the only one with an email account there and I don't use it. XD
But we'll soon find out. Just backed up the other site and will be sending the host an email now.
I suspect it's cause I tried to use what was advertised and paid for. (I used up 83-85 of my 100 gigs last month)

There is a way to add domains to different servers and still be under the same reseller account. Do they both ping to the same IP?

I had a similar problem like this at the weekend.
If your using WHM then double check the DNS zone that has been setup for the domain that is down, and make sure its the same as the sites that are up.
I checked mine and found that it had changed on 2 of my accounts which were down and I had the problem sorted in 5 minutes.
If this is the problem, change the dns zone of the domain to match the one that works then apply and wait 10 / 20 minutes.
If this is not the problem the never mind... :-)
