I'm currently looking for recommendations for reseller hosting based on reliable support and uptime.
I'm currently hosting with a company that states on it's website it offers 24/7 support, but I can never get it on weekends.
I work fulltime during the week, so my weekends are my only time to make site updates and such, so it is very important to me that I can access my site on weekends.
I currently have WHM and CPanel
I currently have 2 gig of space and 30 gig of bandwidth for 15.00 a month
Any suggestions for people who have been with a hosting company or own one that can tell me how their service is please reply.
You should try the hostquote system on this forum:

Good luck.

You might want to try using Host Quote (http://www.webhostingtalk.com/request.php) and find some offers that interest you. Research the companies that interest you here on WHT, and read the user comments (if any) that are available.
Good luck!

Maybe http://findmyhosting.com/advancedsearch.asp can also help you.
Since you're looking for a new host, make this your mantra: feedback from real customers. Your best friend: http://www.webhostingtalk.com/search.php?s=
Any suggestions for people who have been with a hosting company or own one that can tell me how their service is please reply.Hosts cannot reply to your post by making an offer as that would be against the rules and could get them banned from the forum.
Good luck kindred_kountry! :)

www.bluewho.com - a little more expensive than you are used to, but true 24/7 support is what they do.

I have heard nothing but good things about DIYhosting.com - though I believe their prices are a little higher then what you are currently paying - but - if you want great support, I think you should expect to pay a little more..
I switched to Autica (a MidPhase host) about 7 months ago and have been pretty happy. Support is pretty damn good, and very fast to reply to everything that I have thrown at them. Do a search for MidPhase and/or Autica and see what others say about them. Autica is the reseller branch of their hosting, check out MidPhase.com for other types of packages...

Try looking for Reseller Hosting on google or something. You might just find cheap stuff there.
But all that's said, before starting doing anything clever (or stupid), please do check out their support. Please make 100% sure that their support is satisfactory before you say OK to them. If not, you'll be in for a whole lot of anguish and frustration.
Considering the fact that you're paying and having all the stress and stuff like that, I'd rather u pay me to ignore you. :P
Hope you guyz find what you're looking for.
Ps. There are a lot of great host on WHT. Try checking everyone here out too. :)
