Hello. I have a name for my website, it's been growing massively lately but I don't have any legal rights to the name so basically someone can go and make another site with the same name. Is there any way I can copyright or trademark this website name so no other companies can use it?

Hi Bart,

Registering a trademark is a long, drawn-out, and very very confusing process. I don't recommend doing it alone.

My long-time attorney has recently begun offering advanced trademark and branding services. I can recommend him quite highly as I have used him for years.
